At Voolup, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. Every eligible purchase made through our website is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase for the life of the product.

Important Notice

Products that have been modified with patches, alterations, or custom additions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to both stock and custom-made products.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in leather products, including:

  • Stitching issues
  • Buckles
  • Snaps
  • Hardware defects

Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Heavy usage damage
  • Damage caused by improper care or maintenance
  • Canvas, denim, twill, or mesh materials

Leather is a natural material that can last for many years when properly cared for. Lack of maintenance, moisture damage, cracking, or neglect are not considered manufacturing defects.

Repair or Replacement Process

If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect after inspection, Voolup may:

  • Repair the defective part(s)
  • Replace the product if it is deemed non-repairable
  • Offer a replacement item of equal value if the original product is discontinued or unavailable

All warranty decisions are made at the discretion of Voolup after inspection.
