Orders → General
A regular order refers to any product that is already listed on our website and purchased in a standard size or fit.
Pre-orders are orders placed during VOOLUP's pre-launch or early access campaigns. These allow customers to secure products at a discounted price and receive them before general availability.
Products labeled as ready are available in stock. All other items are made to order. To maintain high quality while keeping prices competitive, we stock only selected best-selling items and produce most products on demand.
You can request a cancellation or modification within 2 days of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed, and you will need to accept delivery and then request a return or exchange.
Address changes depend on the current status of your order. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at contact@voolup.com with your updated address, and we will assist you.

Custom / Bespoke Orders
We aim to complete and ship custom orders within 3–5 weeks. Timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity. If you have a specific deadline, you can share it with our team during the process.
Made-to-measure or custom-sized orders are typically completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks.
Yes, you can request fully custom leather products. Simply share a reference image or design along with a detailed description through our custom order form.
Yes. We work with a wide range of premium leathers including lambskin, sheepskin, goatskin, cowhide, and more.
While leather is our core specialty, we also create custom products using other materials such as cotton, polyester, satin, wool, and more.
There are no charges for submitting a custom request, receiving a quotation, or discussing your design. You are only charged once you confirm and place the order.
